PROJECT REQUIREMENT

This project is based on invoice data extraction using OCR. The client receives numerous invoices daily, and manually entering and calculating data was time-consuming. They needed a system to check the quality of received invoices, extract relevant data, fill it into tables, and perform calculations automatically.

CHALLENGES

The main challenge was that invoices arrived in different formats. The system needed to extract all data accurately and perform calculations automatically regardless of invoice type.

SOLUTION

Apeaze allows users to upload invoices, automatically extract invoice attributes using OCR, fill them into tables, and process data for further operations efficiently and accurately.
